Read the introduction

Welcome to our second course on lead generation and SOI! In that first course, we introduced you to what we consider the lead generation mantra: People do business with people they KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST.

People who KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST YOU are part of your sphere of influence, your SOI. One of the most critical aspects of building a successful business is understanding how to generate leads and develop your sphere of influence. In course 1, you learned about your sphere of influence and ways to expand that sphere.

We’re about to show you how to use those strategies to get out there in your market and start taking real action to build your sphere, nurture your leads, get appointments, and create a stream of business that will build a thriving career for you.

Here’s some advice for you as you take this course. There’s a LOT here, and that’s because we’re giving you the most comprehensive accumulation of ideas and strategies on working the most important part of your real estate career. The 20% Club™ agents know this, live it, and learned to love it.

Okay, enough talk about it. It’s time to do it!

A first step from Get Ready!

Who could be on your
first contact list?

Start with the people already in your world. Open a category and see who comes to mind.

Family & close friends

Think beyond your immediate family: relatives, in-laws, longtime friends, and friends of the family.

Professional contacts

Who have you worked with? Think past colleagues, clients, mentors, and business partners.

Neighbors, past & present

The people next door count. So do the neighbors you’ve stayed connected with after a move.

Community & shared interests

Think volunteer groups, your church, clubs, hobbies, and the people you regularly see there.

The individual course you choose, its lessons, and any resources listed on that course page. All four featured courses are self-paced and include lifetime course access for one payment. The 1-4-5 course also includes its planning worksheet.

Where should I start?

Need direction? Start with the 1-4-5 Business Plan. Building your prospecting foundation? Choose Get Ready! Already working on networking, follow-up, and appointment conversations? Explore Get Out There! Preparing and serving a listing? Working With Sellers focuses on that work.

Do I have to take both lead-generation courses?

You can buy either course individually. Get Ready! is the stronger starting point when you need a foundation in your network, contact organization, and prospecting habits. Get Out There! develops networking, follow-up, and appointment conversations in more depth.

How do I get to my lessons?

Enroll through the course page and create or sign in to your ACE customer account. After enrollment, use Student login to return to your account and access the course you purchased.

Does ACE work alongside my brokerage training?

Yes. ACE develops practical business and client-service skills alongside your broker’s guidance. These are professional development courses rather than licensing or continuing education.
